By accessing or using Bookingly (“the Service”), operated by Bookingly Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bookingly provides a multi-tenant online booking platform for UK-based salons and restaurants. Features include appointment scheduling, staff management, deposit collection via Stripe, and customer management.
Bookingly facilitates deposit collection between businesses and their customers. Bookingly is not a party to the contract between a business and its customers. Disputes about appointments or services are between the business and the customer.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.
All rights in the Bookingly platform, branding, and documentation are owned by Bookingly Ltd. You retain ownership of your business data and customer data stored in the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Bookingly Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
